3rd Indonesia Open to be on October 2013

Indonesian's largest chess open tournament, and internationally by standard, is going to take place from October 9 to 18, 2013 in Jakarta, Indonesia. Few excerpts from its official announcement :

PARTICIPATION
The Indonesia Open Chess Championship 2013 is open for all chess players from federations member of FIDE with ELO Rating minimum 2200.
